Any person in the State of California who owns a Samsung plasma television model PN51F5500, PN51F5300, or PN51F5350 (“Affected Models”), that exhibits a “line” issue that requires a replacement plasma display panel assembly (“PDP”).
What Settlement Benefits Does The Samsung Plasma Television Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Provide?
Under the Samsung Plasma Television lawsuit settlement, class members reportedly may, until November 30, 2021, be eligible to purchase a replacement PDP, receive an exchange for an alternative flat panel display television with reasonably similar display size and features to their current Samsung model PN51F5500, PN51F5300, or PN51F5350 plasma television, or receive a refund of the estimated purchase price of their afftected Samsung TV.
