Hello, My wife and I are suppoesed to be owners of a 1/3 share in the mineral rights that are leased br Range.We have heard of a settlement over a class actiuon lawsuit but so far have recieved little or no information about the lawsuit or any kind of settlent, as a matter of fack we have recieved no lease payments since 2009,any information,or if their is someone else we can talk to would be greatly appreicated. I am ?ing the difference between re: in your letter stated net cash settlement of $1,312,500. Then down in the last section it states: Your Pro Rata Share of Net Settlement cash of $1,302,500. Could you explain the difference of $10,000? Thank you
