A $206 million class action settlement of a class action lawsuit against The Quizno’s Franchise Company LLC f/k/a, The Quizno’s Corporation, Quizno’s Franchising LLC, Quizno’s Franchising II LLC, QFA Royalties LLC, The Quizno’s Master LLC, QZ Finance LLC, QIP Holder LLC, TQSC II LLC f/k/a TQSC LLC, QCE Holding LLC, QCE Incentive LLC, QCE Finance LLC, QCE LLC, American Food Distributors LLC, Source One Distribution LLC f/k/a National Restaurant Supply Distribution LLC, S&S Equipment Company LLC, Ba-Bing! LLC f/k/a Source One Systems LLC, Chain Management Systems LLC, Kinetic Sourcing Solutions LLC f/k/a, U.S. Fulfillment LLC, Continental Lending Group LLC, CLG Leasing LLC, QAFT, Inc., The Cervantes Holding Company, Cervantes Capital LLC, Cervantes Master LLC, Quiznos Finance LLC and others (collectively “Quiznos” “Quizno’s” or “Defendants”) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (styled Ilene Siemer v Quizno’s Franchise Company LLC, Case No. 1:07-cv-02170) that reportedly resolves claims brought against Quizno’s by two nationwide classes of franchisees: one group of persons who had purchased franchises and paid franchise fees but never opened their Quiznos stores (the “Sold but Not Opened” or “SNO” class), and a second group, who had opened and operated their stores for various periods of time (the “Franchise Operator” class), has received final approval by federal district court judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer, according to a class action settlement news report.
Under the Quiznos class action settlement agreement, SNO settlement class members reportedly receive credits for the purchase of equipment and supplies in order to open their stores; those SNO settlement class members who chose not to proceed with the Quiznos franchise receive payments of amounts ranging from $250 to $8,000, depending on the number of franchise agreements they had signed. Members of the Franchise Operator settlement class reportedly receive certain credits for the purchase of food to be sold in their Quizno’s stores or, if they have sold their Quizno’s stores, a payment of $475.
In addition to these forms of relief, members of the Plaintiff classes in the Quizno’s class action settlement also reportedly received other benefits, including forgiveness of past debts, and the release of Quizno’s claims for future royalties. Franchise Operator settlement class members who continue their franchise operations reportedly benefit, in addition, from significant changes in Quizno’s business relationship with its franchisees.

Do you know how long it will be to get our check now that is has been approved ?
I heard late oct early nov.
This settlement will not change how Quiznos Corporate does business. They are still adding required vendors (such as pest control, linen service, and more) to use even though Franchisees are able to obtain the same services for less money. Corporate is more concerned with making money from kickbacks than they are helping the Franchisees succeed.
How do I know if I am entitled to a settlement check?
Does store #650 get entitled to the settlement?
One area that needs to be looked into or investigated is the proper usage of the national and local advertising. Subway has been airing a lot of commercials and prints to boost sales. What ahs QUIZNOS been doing to the advertising budgets that they deduct from the franchisees every week. They should treat this money as a fund that is subject to a full report as to how the money is being utitlized. On an annual basis they should release a report as to the fund contributed by store that eaxh store can countercheck against its records and the actual usage by QUIZNOS. Any unused money should be refunded. This money is not theirs to keep. It should be spent as intended. ALl franchisees should demand full accountability of the Advertising budget.
The corporation trick you saying you is big business and actually make you lose all your assets, you will never receive a response from them, but they took on time their royalties fees. I am a franchise owner and I would like to do something against to them. Who knows who is suit them to joined them, I am in El Paso Texas.
We have to sent the information about everything that we lost to Washington or to the Congress maybe is going to be one that could help us against this monster
