I Micky Ward am disputing owing MCM any debt what so ever. never received any notice of debts owed. I would like my $1,000.oo in my own account and not MCM. for I owe them nothing. also the number 1-888-2381774 when finally gotten through it said that the number had been disconnected.

This is a scam by MCM, these are some bogus debts. I never received a
credit card from Cross Country Bank, seems like everyone is saying the
same thing about a bogus claim from MCM. They will end up in another
class action suit if this keeps happening! I would like my $913.00 for h
calls! I owe MCM no debt!

It does appear to be a scam. After being notified that $1,000 from the class action lawsuit was applied to my “balance” for MCM, I contacted the email on the claim form and told them I have no debt. I provided proof several times, and they keep telling me it’s in review. I indeed think it’s a scam.
