Kohl’s Corporation (“Kohl’s” or “Defendant”) has reportedly agreed to a proposed settlement of a class action lawsuit against Kohl’s in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts (styled as Brenner v. Kohl’s Corporation, Case No. 1:13-cv-10935 RGS) alleging, among other things, that Kohl’s requested and recorded customer ZIP codes in connection with purchase transactions where the customer paid with a credit card, according to the Kohl’s Credit Card Purchase & Zip Code Collection privacy class action settlement notice.
The Kohl’s Credit Card Purchase & Zip Code Collection privacy settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all who made a purchase from a Kohl’s store in Massachusetts using a credit card and whose personal identification information was requested and recorded by Kohl’s at the point of sale, at any time from April 16, 2009 to November 26, 2013.
The Kohl’s class action settlement will reportedly provide a Gift Card Settlement Fund of $425,000. Kohl’s class members reportedly must file claim forms to receive benefits. Claim can be downloaded at brennersettlement.com/docs/KOL_Claim_Form.pdf

I filed all the necessary claims, and even sent a receipt showing I had bought things at that time. I still haven’t received my gift card.
I have never heard anything from kohls got post card about it and that’s it.
