Individuals and entities who purchased a listed product on a listed date without an instant-off discount (e.g. those who paid the full list price, were eligible for or received a mail-in-rebate, or received advertised free hardware or upgraded hardware included in the purchase price without an instant-off discount) are reportedly not part of the Settlement Class.
Under the Dell Home & Home Office Instant-Off Online Discount Settlement, Dell will reportedly provide a $50 Cash Benefit to each class member who submits a valid claim form. Could you inform me to whom I can get in touch with for file a Claim aganist Dell or has these casses been settled?
I also have a Dell computer. I have told my story repeatedly to friends and acquaintances not to ever buy a Dell.
The Help service has been an nightmare from Hell…I actually had been around the world for two and half hours trying to get a correct person to answer my problems, and this is how it went down until finally I received a manger.
I had told those (Dell Reps) that I had purchased Help Services and was suppose to get someone from the United States, without further ado I was unable to understand them. I paid for a service
that wasn’t delivered.
When I was passed around to Rep. to Rep. I finally asked to what country I was going to be
transferred to Russia?
Finally, I reached someone from the U.S. and told them under no condition that I wanted a person from India, because no one told me when I bought my computer and the service that my calls would be directed in their direction.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or will you lead me to the person or person’s who would handle my Class Action.
I haven’t any proof, other than my husband being here as a witness and if the Class Action Lawyer (s) would do a phone record account.

Also, I might add, that I had contacted 1-866-351-9773 to limit my sharing of information.
Unfortunately, I cannot get a live operator. There are not any other options to select.
This auto conversation, asked for your 9 digit account number, which I do not have, because
I had purchased my computer several years ago; therefore, my account has not any balance.
Thank you,
Gail Lagon
