Class Action Settlement In Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Charles Schwab Over YieldPlus Mortgage Backed Securities Fund
Charles Schwab has agreed to pay $200 million to settle a securities class lawsuit filed against it by investors of Charles Schwab’s YieldPlus Fund, a bond fund that invested heavily in mortgage backed securities, according to a class action settlement news report.
The Charles Schwab YieldPlus class action settlement still needs to be approved by the U.S. District Court in California.
