Godaddy is facing the same issue for stealing employees comission and not paying overtime adjusting timecards and defrauding employees.
Autozone is the worst company to work for !!!
AMEN!!! CHEAP-SKATES!!
I just received a substantial check in the mail last week regarding this settlement and I couldn’t agree more with the Plaintiff! I hope everyone who posts here on this article gets their unpaid money from this settlement fund because like myself there are still a lot of former AZ employees out there (I was an employee for 7 years) that still haven’t been paid the overtime that they slaved over for AZ and it’s only fair that this very greedy and cheap company gets what they deserve!! I hope the federal government shuts them down!!!….there have been way too many class action lawsuits being filed throughout the U.S. regarding AZ and it’s time that the feds start punishing this “good ol’ boy” company out of Memphis, TN for not paying up!! FIGHT THE POWER!!!
