how do i find out if i over payed
i mailed in my claim form before the due date but i haven;t heard anything.
I, too mailed the claim form as the online filing with the Password and Claim number given on the postcard sent to me would never go through. I even wrote to the attorneys listed on the postcard in Nov. 2011 and still have never heard anything. Perhaps this should go to the Postmaster General’s office for attention since it appears there is no response by anyone.
Beginning January 12, 2012, gift cards were distributed to Class Members who returned a Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator.

I submitted but received nothin
I have receuived nothing… we should call the court Judge and see what is going on with this settlement.. We all should have receuived something of we paid our account at the Lowes stores. which I always did..
I called the 800 number and I got a man who wanted to give me a $100 gift card, a $25 resaurant gift card, etc. All he wanted was $4.95 for shipping and a credit card……………………sounds fishy to me………..he got nothing.
I filed a claim, have a claim number and password that was sent in the mail. However the phone number on the card was a processing center that knows nothing about Lowe’s but wanted to give a $100 gift certificate. The website doesn’t exist. Was this whole thing bogus?
I too submitted my timely claim and received nothing. Just contacted the Class attorneys office in Chicago, IL, waiting for a call back. I will post any updates. Sounds like many of us who have legitimate claims never received anything. I am going to follow up on this whether or not I hear anything from these attorneys. If not, I will be contacting my local journalists and the US Attorneys’ Office to file a complaint on all of our behalves so maybe we can get to the bottom of it?
