A class action lawsuit was filed against Target in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota (Stroud et al. v. Target Corporation, Case No. Case 0:10-cv-01583-RHK-AJB) alleging that Target refused to pay overtime to Target “group leaders” who performed non-managerial tasks in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq., according to a class action news report.
