Investors File Securities Class Action Lawsuit Against Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) Over Pixantrone Disclosures

A securities class action lawsuit was filed against Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of purchasers of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. I own over 2,000 shares of this stock and would like to know how this class action lawsuit affects me. Is there something I need to do to participate?

    Sincerely,
    Carl Deprey

I had stock in CTIC during the time the lawsuit allows. Do I have to contact a lawyer or will they just know who is involved and contact us?
