A securities fraud class action lawsuit has been filed against PrivateBancorp, Inc. I was given 195k losn for home no escrow on 15 yr note also owned a 95k home I needed to be co signed if I was taught, educated, or mainly turned down which no back would of approved me but them I would of never sold my first home and believe both 15yr loans and Bancorpsouth bought the second home that is so fishy closed for it alone in 2006 and in 2009 told my mom to help pay the interest till it sells look I know they gave me the loan because some people in my family have money but not me I made 40k a year so how can I make those payments help 30 yrs it escrow it and profit from first sell take it and move to 195k home no they have Bancorpsouth employees living in it now I want this not fixed I’m not letting up this is crazy
