A securities class action lawsuit was filed against Frontier Financial Corporation in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of purchasers of Frontier Financial (FTBK) common stock during the period between July 22, 2008 and March 16, 2010, inclusive (the “Class Period”), for alleged violations of the federal securities fraud laws, according to a class action press release.
