CardioNet, Inc. Securities Class Action Lawsuit Filed
A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased the common stock of CardioNet, Inc. (“CardioNet”) (Nasdaq:BEAT) between April 30, 2009 and June 30, 2009, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The CardioNet, Inc. securities class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint against CardioNet, Inc. alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning CardioNet`s business and prospects, thereby artificially inflating the price of CardioNet securities.
