Class Action Lawsuit Filed AgainstApple Over Apple iPhone Warranties And Apple’s Liquid Submersion Indicator

A class action lawsuit was filed against Apple in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (Charlene Gallion v. Apple, Case. No. 10-1610 SC)  alleging that Apple uses a faulty and defective Liquid Submersion Indicator to refuse to honor warranties as void for broken iPhones, according to a class action news report.

The Apple iPhone warranty and Liquid Submersion Indicator class action complaint reportedly alleges that Apple uses the Liquid Submersion Indicator to blame Apple iPhone customers, even when their iPhone has been nowhere near water.  For more information on the Apple iPhone warranty and Liquid Submersion Indicator class action lawsuit, read the Apple iPhone warranty class action complaint.

Can I still join this lawsuit? This happened to me about a year ago. I kept my Ipod in the car – there is no way it could have gotten water (or any other liquid) on it. But they refused to honor my warranty.

Experiencing the same problem with IPod Nano 16GB Have not on 6 Ipod owned, ITouch and Older IPod Nano. This one under warranty they take one look and deny coverage. Now I Don’t Want Apple Products Ever Again. What a Rip Off Company. Knew of the bad IPod Batteries before but now doing research on Apple products. Run Away, Run Quickly Away and Do Not Buy Their Products!!!!

    Hi
I had a bad experience with 2 I PHONES earlier and each time I had aproblem and took it to the service centre and both the times they gave the same excuse and said that the warranty does not cover liquid indicator problems therefore they could not assist. Fortunately one of the phones staarted working automatically after a couple of days and I MANAGED TO GET RID OF IT.Eversince I had vowed never to get an I phone . Last DECEMBER I bought an I POD nano and now it just stopped working and there is no screen. I TOOK IT TO THE SERVICE CTR AND CAN YOU BELIEVE IT i got the same reply again . this is unbelievable . Im wonder if that is the standard excuse they give to wash their hands off . IM REALLY DISGUSTED AND FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!

I have an iphone 4 that I bought 3 months ago. The warranty was no good because apple said that it was corroded with water damage. Everything works but it wont charge now. No water damage every happened to this phone much less corrosion. Maybe it started at their factory. How can I join this suit, Apple just will not hold up their end of their warranty. They are thieves and think they can do what they want. I want either my money back or a new iphone.
