American Airlines Passenger Files Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Against American Airlines Over Checked Baggage Fees For Lost Bags or Delayed Return Of Luggage.
A class action lawsuit has been filed against American Airlines in the circuit court of Pierce County, Washington seeking refunds of checked baggage fees charged by American Airlines for lost or delayed return of luggage, according to an American Airlines class action lawsuit news report.
The American Airlines checked baggage class action lawsuit complaint reportedly alleges that when American Airlines charges extra to check bags, those fees represent an allegedly “clear and unambiguous agreement with passengers to handle bags with care, and deliver them to their destination in a timely fashion.”

Agree 100% with the statement AA is responsible for the bags checked. I had a delayed bag , now for 13 days. AA has not yet responded to where my bag may have gone or what I should do to be compensated. AA customer service is absolutely the worst !
It is now four month since American Airline lost our luggage. We lost valuable items. When we call, one called Melisa picks up the phone and either tell us something we do not want to hear or hung up the phone. We have done everything to get our lost luggage. A A seem to not want to process our claim in time. As a result, just recently we started to record our conversation with AA. Especially one we recorded with one called Melisa is sad to hear, though she tried to talk nice when we told her that we are recording our conversation. Will she do what she does to us to a perfect English speaker than us who have accent? I do not know what to say to you but we are truly angry and sad by American Airline.
Thanks
