False claims against Amazon, and it isn’t right. I like money, but Im not going to lie to get some.
This has happened to me many times. Have I always caught their mistake, which they notify me of by email? Specifically, they send an email stating I never returned the item. This is never true as I return through Kohl’s. Then I have to call and get a manual refund. But how many times have I missed seeing the email, and therefore not called, and therefore been charged for an item I returned. Probably many! Therefore, I will apply to be part of this class action, if I can figure out how?
Happened to me! How do I join?!
Upon reviewing my recent Amazon transaction, I noticed an unexpected charge of 10.69, two days after already paying 238.69 for my order which included taxes and shipping fees. Everything appeared correct during checkout and matched the total reflected on my bank statement in accordance with my order. However, the additional charge has left me puzzled as to why I am being charged an extra 10 dollars for the same purchase. Upon clicking on the transaction, it redirected me to my previous order totaling 238.69, with no indication as to why there is now an additional charge of 10.69. I have taken a screenshot of my checkout page confirming the price of 238.69, yet my transaction history now shows a total of 249.69. This discrepancy has left me concerned and seeking clarification from Amazon regarding the unexpected charge.
