Is this why we received so many fraud e-mails and garbage mail. We trusted Aol and got the shaft?????? I have been a member prior to 04 and still am. I know they were takin at least $15.00 or month from my account. What exactly were they doing beside leaking our information???
To any lawyer,
On my DirectTV statement there appeared a “Fee” for $2 for “Regional sports Fee”. I didn’t order it or want it and had no idea how I was charged for it. When I called DirectTV they said it was more sports channels added on to my package of “XTRA monthly”. I would think the $2 charge would be added onto the monthly charge, not as a separate fee. I am out of contract so they could do so. This is something illegal that they want to do to increase revenue. They wound up giving me a years credit ($2 a month). I hope you can sue .

I tried to obtain a PDF Form to continue this class-action suit but was unable to get one. I would appreciate it very much if you could e-mail me one or send one via U.S.Mail. Please advise. Thank You!
