This doesn’t surprise me at all. The Oregon operation is guilty of simliar Oregon Wage and Hour Law violations.
Yes, it’s true! The former SBU manager made a deal with someone not to pay them for 45 minutes of work that they had done. They also required that they work through their break and lunch to complete some sort of documentation that that they fail to make readily available. Let’s not talk about the other issues of pay. None payment of wages. Refusal or delayed payment of wages. Not paying final paychecks in full. Delaying these payments and refusing to pay them in the time allotted by state and federal law. Failure to correctly reflect time worked. And failure to provide QA’s so that those that qualify can correctly be paid. I hear there was missappropriation of funds that occurred. As well as funds that should have been given to those working on the floor. And disappearing paychecks.
Xerox does not want to pay there works for there time.
You put in at least 10 hours a day and get paid for 8. They make it hard on you to report overtime and threaten to “analyze” your day if you do. One day they will get sued for having there technicians conducting business over the phone will driving.
