VW Volkswagen & Audi Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Filed Over High Intesity Gas Discharge HID Headlamps

VW Volkswagen and Audi Owners and LesseesFile Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Against Volkswagen Group of America Over Alleged Defect in Volkswagen & Audi Optional High Intesity Gas Discharge Headlamp System (“HID Headlamp System”).

A class action lawsuit complaint was filed against Volkswagen Group Of America, Inc. (“Defendant”) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California (styled D. Alexander Davis v. Volkswagen Group Of America, Inc., Case No. 10-4397-ODW) on behalf of all persons in the State of California who purchased or leased any 2004-2009 Volkswagen or Audi vehicle equipped with an optional High Intesity Gas Discharge headlamp system (“HID Headlamp System”) manufactured, distributed and sold by Volkswagen Group of America and/or its related subsidiaries or affiliates (“VWGoA”) including but not limited to 2004-2006 Volkswagen Toureg, 2008-2009 Audi TT, 2006-2009 Audi A3, 2o05-2007 Audi A4, 2007-2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet and 2007 Audi Q7 (collectively “VW vehicles”), according to class action lawsuit news reports.
