Recontrust Washington Foreclosure Class Action Lawsuit Complaint

Homeowners Who Were Foreclosed On By ReconTrust In Washington File Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Against Recontrust.

A class action lawsuit has reportedly been filed against Recontrust Company, N.A. (“Recontrust” or “Defendant”) in the Superior Court of the State of Washington King County (styled Wendy Douglas v. Recontrust Company, N.A., Class Action Case No. 11-2-26988-4 SEA) alleging, among other things, that Recontrust, which acts as trustee on thousands of deeds of trust in Washington, allegedly issued Trustee Notices, conducted trustee sales, and issued Trustee Deeds without allegedly maintaining a required physical presence in Washington, according to the Recontrust Washington Foreclosure class action lawsuit complaint.

The Recontrust Washington Foreclosure class action lawsuit complaint reportedly alleges that by conducting non-judicial foreclosures, while allegedly failing to maintain a physical presence with telephone service, Recontrust allegedly prevented homeowners from having face to face contact with their trustee, prevented homeowners from gaining response time to foreclosure issues, prevented homeowners from making payments in person to stop the foreclosure and insuring that payment was received and acknowledged, prevented certain homeowners from delivering mortgage documents in person and from receiving receipts of such documents, which could stop a foreclosure, and clouded title to homes sold at auction.

great work, if anyone has information for the good ol’ boy commonwealth of kentucky class action network please let me know. we are victim’s of chase bank with lerner, sampson and rothfuss attorney’s from cincinnati. my loan was a veterans insured loan. wrongful eviction is the latest. with no eviction notice or order also no forcable detainer the sheriff removed us. a company hired by coldwell banker was on-site. after they took what they wanted for themselves the trash-out began. most of what was left was placed out in the rain. do you think this any way for a disabled veteran and family to be treated ? douglas w. trantham p.o.box-544 danville, ky 40423 phone # 859-209-4377

@ Douglas W. – Here are some websites you should look at; 1st one I’d check out is nclc.org/litigation/case-index.html, there’s a link (doesn’t always work)to the class action lawsuit at Chasehomefinancesucks.com, mywsba.org, valoans.com, hudforeclosed.com/hud/kentucky, va-home-loans.com, classactionlawsuitsinthenews.com, topclassactions.com, hud.gov/local/ky/homeownership/foreclosure.cfm and preventloanscams.org It’s a travesty that ANYBODY would let this happen to a Veteran @ all, let alone a disabled Vet. I could never put my life on the line for this greedy ass, ungrateful Country but I have MUCH respect and appreciation for those of you that have and continue to fight for my Freedoms to do so. Lots of luck and I hope these help you
