A class action lawsuit has been filed against Nekter Juice Bar Inc. (“Nekter Juice Bar” or “Defendant”) in the Superior Court of California County of Orange (styled Danielle Ramberg v. Nekter Juice Bar Inc., Class Action Case No. 30-2011-00525297-CU-BT-CXC), alleging, among other things, that Nekter Juice Bar falsely advertised it juice drinks as being 100 percent organic, according to the Nekter Juice Bar Organic Drink class action lawsuit complaint.
The Nekter Juice Bar Organic Drink class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought on behalf of a putative class consisting of the following persons, unless otherwise excluded:
All persons who, in the four years prior to filing of the complaint, (1) purchased a Nekter juice drink that was advertised or represented to be organic or 100 percent organic, an (2) that in actuality contained very little or no ogranic ingredients.

Last year I emailed Nekter to inquire about their cleanse program.
I immediately received a response indicating the benefits of their program and how simple it was for the delivery, etc.
I then did a follow-up asking if the ingredients were 100% organic. I waited 3 days for a reply. I again sent the email inquiring about the 100% organic …. still no reply. That told me they were not 100% organic.
I opted to go with Organic Tree Juice Bar in Dana Point where I know they are 100% organic; have a support group during cleanses; and a nurturing environment. I could not have made a better choice for my life.
All I can say to Nekter is: Live your Truth …..
