National Collegiate Athletic Association and NCAA Football, Class Action Case No. 1:11-cv-06356), alleging, among other things, that NCAA engaged in a long-established pattern of negligence and inaction with respect to concussions and concussion-related maladies sustained by its student-athletes, according to the NCAA and NCAA Football concussion class action lawsuit complaint.

I think pro football is like boxing! They get paid BIG money to go out there and get knocked around and then when their body can’t handle it anymore they want to sue! They knew they were risking their health when they signed on! But the money was good! They gave up their health for money! Too bad, so sad! I’ve got brain tumors, lesions, and aneurisms and have never been in a contact sport! I can not even get the medical tests needed to find out if they’re cancerous if aneurism needs operated on! Becuz I have no healthcare insurance! At least they can get needed treatment! I’m trying to get help from Soc.Services! What a joke! Its been 2 mos and still nothing but rudeness and disrespect from caseworkers! Who lie to me about me rt in my face! The next time if there is one I’m taking a recorder! I wondered why they needed 2 guards there? Well now I know-they treat you so badly its pitiful! Last time I hollered a few choice words when walking out cuz I couldn’t take anymore of her lies, disrespect, and rudeness! Why are they in the business? I thot pple went in to that to help people not make them more miserable! Yes I’m going to call her boss but I thot they put me thru to her but this lady was even ruder! So I’m hoping for best only 3rd aneurism!
