A class action lawsuit complaint was filed against Live Nation Wordlwide, Inc., Live Nation Chicago, Inc., Gary Lee Weinrib, Neil Peart and Alex Zivojinovic (collectively “Defendants”) in the Circuit Court of Cook County Illinois (styled Christopher V. Langone v. Live Nation Wordlwide, Inc., Live Nation Chicago, Inc., Gary Lee Weinrib, Neil Peart and Alex Zivojinovic, Case No. 10CH29613) alleging that Defendants advertised, promoted and managed a RUSH time machine tour concert event for July 7, 2010 as “RAIN OR SHINE” at Charter One Pavilion in Illinois, but canceled the RUSH concert due to rain, according to class action lawsuit news reports.
