KeyBank Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Filed Over Alleged iPod Touch Offer Promised To Certain Key Bank Depositors.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Key Bank (“Key Bank”) and KeyBank National Association (“KeyBank”) (collectively “KeyBank” or “Key Bank”) and others (collectively “Defendants”) in the Second Judicial District of Weber County in Utah styled (Carol-Ann Fuller v. Key Bank, KeyBank National Association and Ginger Coulam., Class Action Case No. 110904950) alleging, among other things, that Key Bank launched an “IPOD TOUCH OFFER” between 7/12/08 and 8/15/08 wherein it promised to give depositors and those who opened certain accounts with the banking institution personal property, such as an iPod Touch device, but that Key Bank allegedly did not deliver the promised property, including iPods, according to the KeyBank Key Bank iPod Touch Offer class action lawsuit complaint.

The Key Bank iPod Touch Offer class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought pursuant to Fed.R. Civ. P. 23 on behalf of a putative class that consists of all persons, and the estates of deceased persons if any, who participated in the Key Bank marketing campaign, satisfied all conditions precedent to receiving property, yet did not receive the promised property from Key Bank, including the promised iPod Touch or similar device based on the marketing program.

This happened to my daughter. I suggested that she open an account at key bank. She received NO iPod & they ended up draining her account with fees.
