Orbtiz Worldwide Inc. (the “Online Retailer Defendants”) and Hilton Worldwide Inc., Marriott International Inc., Trump International Hotels Management LLC, InterContinental Hotel Group Resources Inc., Starwood Hotels and Resourts Worldwide Inc., and Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group LLC (the “Hotel Defendants”) (all collectively “Defendants”) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (styled Nikita Turik and Eric Balk v. (the “Class”)

This is in response tot the class action against Expedia co.
While on travel from Kansas City to New Mexico, I had to travel trhough
Lineral, KS , stayed at the Hilton Inn Suites. Strangely, they had no one bed room available except a suite for over $150, but the room was not only hardly clean, but roaches and multiple other bugs were crawling throughput the suite.
I wrote a complaint in the morning prior to departure, no one paid any attention to my lack of sleep for all this price in Lineral Kansas .
Please advise if I could join the lawsuit since I had to stay at another place soon after due to my lack of sleep (I am 70).
I was also late for the first day of work.
