I am currently having problems because I had signed up for their paperless option. I was unaware that doing so would trigger sending me “featured selections” on a weekly basis rather than monthly and charging the orders to my debit card with no notice. This has caused me to be overdrawn on my account, not to mention the return of several unwanted shipments. I have posted complaints on their Facebook page and plan to file a complaint with the consumer protection agencies. I was unaware of this lawsuit until today.
