A class action lawsuit has been filed against Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. a/k/a Chipotle Mexican Grill d/b/a Chipotle, Chipotle Mexican Grill Service Co., LLC, a/k/a Chipotle Mexican Grill Service and Chipotle Mexican Grill and Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC a/k/a Chipotle Mexican Grill (collectively “Chipotle Mexican Grill” or “Chipotle” or “Defendants”) in the District Court, Fourth Judicial District State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin (styled Tanya Cortes and Alejandro Juarez v. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. et al.), alleging, among other things, that Chipotle violated a Minnesota law requiring employers to supply back pay to ex-employees in a timely manner, according to the Chipotle Mexican Grill back pay and payment of wages class action lawsuit complaint.
