I think my son as a new Airforce Recruit was charged so much in overdraft fees he should own part of Bank of America. I think they ripped him off and continue to do so to soldiers in general.

Just received check for 254.00$ from BankofAmerica with explanation that it was a refund for not receiving all the benefits of the privacysource
service. I never new that I had been enrolled!! The check is dated August 30, 2013, today is March 22, 2014?? Further, check indicates that not valid after 120 days?? If I deposit this check it may cancel any possible right to sue for fraud. I will contact my state bureau for consumer protection for further advise.Does anyone know if a class action suit has been filed? By AAD
