AT&T Customers Who Allegedly Qualified For Rebate Offers From AT&T, Attempted To Redeem Such Rebates and Who Did Not Receive The Rebates File Class Action Lawsuit Against AT&T.
A class action lawsuit has been filed against AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”) and Randall L. Stephenson (collectively “Defendants”) in the 22nd Judicial District of the City of St. Louis State of Missouri (styled TdD Attorneys at Law LLC v. AT&T Inc. et al, Class Action Case No. 1222-8998) alleging, among other things, that AT&T made certain rebate offers to AT&T customers but then allegedly failed to pay the rebates to certain customers who allegedly qualified for the rebates and attempted to redeem the rebates, according to the AT&T rebate redemption class action lawsuit complaint.
The AT&T Rebate Redemption class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought as a class action on behalf of the following proposed class:
All individuals and entities that are or have been customers of AT&T for telecommunications services, who qualified for rebate offers from AT&T, attempted to redeem said rebate, and did not receive the rebate.
The AT&T Rebate Redemption class action lawsuit complaint reportedly asserts claims for breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, and unjust enrichment.
The AT&T Rebate Redemption class action lawsuit complaint reportedly seeks, among other things, a judgment finding that AT&T is required to pay the putative class the rebate amounts at issue, plus reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

AT & T must be having problems! This is my journey with AT & T.
My journey began about two years ago, when my husband was admitted into a VA Hosptial, where VA does not furnish phones for long distance. When, I applied to At & T for a second phone, I was advised that I could not get another phone, that I was still under contract with the one I had. I, was never late with a payment, check of my old number, somebody else has it now: 813-546-1260. Eventually,
my husband as released from the hospital. We, went to MacDill AFB
Tampa Florida to purchse two phones. Was advised that I would have to pay $500.00 deposit for each phone. Was referred to the main AT & T office on Dale Mabry Hwy, at Henderson Blvd. Was advised that I would have to deposit $500.00 for each phone. I, completed three more trips to the Base, & main office of AT & T, got the same story.
I, had been with AT & T for years, & never late with a payment!
We, went to AT & T in the Paddock Mall, Ocala Florida, got the same respond. I, have sent a “Notice of Intent” and notified each Credit Bureau to place my name on the Fraud list. Thats where my journey now stands, Still have no cell phones. still no response from AT & T.
I, am waiting to hear from the CEO, Randakk K, Stephenson, for a respond, before moving forward.

Has anybody researched the record, & seen how many Executive CEOs, AT & T has? It is inbelievable! Can, anybody imagine how much money these CEOs receive at retirement, or for that matter, at the end of the year? What a disgrace!
Mrs. Clark,
I hope that you get all that mess straightened out. I really do. In the mean time maybe you should go down to walmart and buy a pre paid phone. They are very inexpensive and there is no contract. Or maybe you should try Tmobile. They have a great plan where you bring your own device. Then you could just buy some phones off ebay. If you need some hold just email me and I would be happy to help you with the ebay thing and who to call if there’s not a tmobile in your area.
AT&T got my data counter screwed up. They claimed I used up to 30gb a month the last few months I had my iPhones. I contacted the law department and they helped me out. I settled for $455.00 and that included my contract too.
Mrs. Clark, I still have the lady from at&ts contact info. May be you could contact her.
