(“American Express Travel”), American Express Centurion Bank (“American Express Centurion”) and American Express Bank FSB (“American Express Bank”) (collectively “American Express” or “Defendants”) in the Superior Court of California County of Alameda (styled Heidi Pickman v. American Express Travel Related Services, Inc. et al., Class Action Case No. RG11578840), challenging, among other things, American Express’s alleged outsourcing of customer service function to foreign nationals residing overseas, according to the American Express Customer Service Foreign Outsourcing class action lawsuit complaint.
