The Illinois Supreme Court has held that a class action lawsuit against Gateway Inc. (“Gateway” or “Defendant”) in Madison County Illinois circuit court, alleging, among other things, that Gateway misrepresented that Intel Pentium 4 processors worked faster than Pentium 3 processors, can be pursued in the courts and does not have to be sent to arbitration, according to Gateway Computer Pentium 4 class action lawsuit news reports.
