Sharper Image Gift Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

If You Have or Had a “The Sharper Image” Gift Card, You May be Entitled to Compensation for the Outstanding Balance of the Card.

According to a Sharper Image Gift Card Class Action Settlement Notice, on February 19, 2008, TSIC, f/k/a Sharper Image Corporation (“TSIC”) filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”), Case No. 08-10322 (KG), on September 9, 2008, the Bankruptcy Court issued an order certifying a class of Gift Card holders (the “Gift Card Class”) and on June 8, 2011, the Bankruptcy Court approved a process by which holders of Gift Cards with outstanding balances could, upon submission of an allowable Claim Form, receive a distribution from TSIC’s bankruptcy estate.

If you have or had a “The Sharper Image” Gift Card with an outstanding balance, you reportedly must submit a claim form in order to obtain payment for the outstanding balance of the The Sharper Image Gift card.
