PIMCO Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

PIMCO Class Action Settlement Announced In Class Action Lawsuit Against PIMCO and PIMCO Funds Over Trading In June 2005 10 Year Futures Contracts .

A class action settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against PIMCO and PIMCO Funds in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (styled Kohen et al v. PIMCO and PIMCO Funds) challenging, among other things, certain PIMCO trading under the June 2005 contract, including the timing of liquidations, the taking of a substantial delivery and the purchasing of the cheapest-to-deliver notes, according to PIMCO class action settlement news reports.

The proposed PIMCO settlement agreement reportedly provides that PIMCO will pay about $92 million to create a settlement fund to pay the plaintiff class and other expenses, including attorney’s fees.

I see that PIMCO class action lawsuit has been settled. I submitted my claim form back in December according to the proper deadlines.
When will money be distributed amongst the claimants ?
Furthermore, I understand that claims needed to be filed timely in this case. If people did not do the paperwork and file accordingly, will this be considered in the payout? Thanks for letting me know.
