Hello, My Daughter had one bought of these P999 LG phones. after having so many problems with the phone she returned the phone to t-mobile for exchanged. After returning the next 6 phones that were exchanged she bought a different brand of phone. Her problems of screen bleed, random rebooting many times a day, phone shut down many times a day, screen freezing many times a day. She had nothing but problems with this phone. T-mobile support was not very helpful either, there answer was always was reboot the phone, pull the battery, did you update the phone, well did you look on the support and update the phone by usb cable. She asked once well how am suppose to do that if I have no clue on how to do a usb type of update. That support person did not have a answer for that. I think LG and T-mobile should refund the cost of the phone to everybody who had this. This was not a cheap phone if I remember it cost something like $500.00 and if you did payments like my kid did and in the had to buy a new phone for replacement for another $500.00 and make more payments while paying off the LG phone. The two companies should split the cost and return the full price of the phone. David G. Barnes

I absolutely agree with David Barnes. My phone bled after a few months and I had to go through some hassle with the “Insurance” – then I returned the phone but had to pay like, I don’t recall how much but it was almost 200.00. The phone they sent me was just as bad. The battery would get hot, I was continuously removing the battery and turning off the phone. After turning back on, it would always say December 4, year. I could never take a picture. It would freeze. I just gave up and bought another different phone. I actually still have that 2nd phone as we speak. So I guess I was out of almost 700 but hey, hey….. I’m getting 19.00 back. WHAT A JOKE.

Right? $19 is insulting T-Mobile and LG ripped me off for $500 $19 isn’t good enough. Also LG likes to tell you “life’s good” but what they don’t what you to know is that LG means Lucky Goldstar they don’t want you to make the connection but Google it. They raised the prices and are trying.g to really invent themselves but its still the SAME OLD GOLDSTAR GARBAGE!!!
