The Ebay Featured Plus! settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all e Bay members in the U.S. who, from January 23, 2008 through February 4, 2013 listed items for sale on e-Bay’s websites with the Featured Plus! upgrade, and incurred the Disputed Fees (i.e, Featured Plus! fees) in connection with such e-Bay listings.
What Settlement Benefits Does The Featured Plus! Class Action Settlement Provide?
The Ebay Featured Plus! class action settlement will reportedly provide for the creation of a $4.75 million settlement fund to reimburse class members, pay administrative costs of the settlement, and compensate the class action attorneys representing the class and the representative plaintiffs. Settlement credits will reportedly be automatically provided to the accounts of active e-Bay account holders, while settlement checks will reportedly be automatically sent those with inactive e-Bay accounts.
