A class action settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against DuPont Chambers Works (“DuPont Chambers Works” or “DuPont” or “Defendant”) in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey alleging, among other things, that local drinking water contained an unhealthy level of perfluorooctanoic acid, or PFOA, that purportedly came from DuPont Chamber Works facility, according to DuPont Chamber Works perfluorooctanoic acid PFOA drinking water class action settlement news reports.
