Amanda Bronstad at Law.com is reporting that the Toyota class action lawyers and attorneys are preparing to file their consolidated class action lawsuit complaint against Toyota in the Toyota sudden acceleration class action lawsuits.

The Law.com article “Plaintiffs Lawyers Size Up Obstacle Course for Toyota Class Action” reports that the Toyota plaintiffs class action lawyers spoke during a March conference on the Toyota class action litigation about various different possible approaches and theories to proceeding in the class action litigation against Toyota.

    My son was in bad accident in his Toyota which is part of this lawsuit … According to police report he was driving around 30 miles and hr and ran into a pole my son does not remember anything but trying to exit the car he had a total hip replacement and at time all my concern was on my son as he was recovering in the hospital he was ticketed before we ever got to hospital for in attentive driving … He has no idea what happened while he was driving the Toyota was totaled and he had full coverage and to this day still has creditors on his back for payment for ambulance..EMTs etc..the hospital covered all his cost because of mistake a resident made while putting him in traction … I would like to talk to lawyer about this also
