The First Midwest Bank Overdraft Fee class action lawsuit reportedly alleges that debits were improperly processed from the highest to the lowest amounts and that debits were deducted before credits were applied to the accounts.

    OMG..they did the same thing to me int the amount of almost 300 dollars. I hope they pay big time.

    I have over $641 in bank fees that accumulated after the account was closed. They need to be stopped!!!!

    Why this bank TD Bank and TD BankNorth gets away with not paying bank high overdraft charges and the bank is not a US banking business.
