Cigna Corporation, John Arko, The Corporate Benefit Plans Committee of Cigna, Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, TimesSquare Capital Management, Inc., Cigna Investments, Inc., and Prudential Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company (“Cigna” or “Defendant”) have reportedly agreed to a settlement of a class action lawsuit filed against Cigna in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois (styled as Nolte, et al v. Cigna Corp. et al. Case No. 2:07-CV-2046-HAB-DGB) alleging, among other things, that Cigna violated ERISA by causing the Cigna 401(k) Plan to pay excessive fees for its investment options and to its service providers and by providing insuffcient disclosures, purportedly in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), according to the Cigna 401(k) Plan ERISA class action settlement notice.

The Cigna 401(k) Plan ERISA settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons who, at any time between April 1, 1999 and May 31, 2013, participated in the Cigna 401(k) Plan and/or surviving spouses or designated beneficiaries of a deceased person who participated in the Cigna 401(k) Plan between April 1, 1999 and May 31, 2013, and/or alternate payees, in the case of a person subject to a Qualifed Domestic Relations Order who participated in the Cigna 401(k) Plan at any time between April 1, 1999 and May 31, 2013.

I misplaced my stub; now send me a duplicate one. I am having difficulty reaching the legal department at Cigna; all I get is a bunch of recorded messages at the 800-363-2680. Will all of you get your act together and send me a duplicate stub?
