I also thought the Pom Wonderful Juice (at Walmart) had many health benefits. What do I do next?

Keep enjoying this wonderful juice ! Unfortunately in our country no one is allowed to make health claims on a product without FDA permission. So ignore the lawsuit because if you keep drinking it, you will see for yourself!

Come on people…No food can absolutely claim to cure any disease/illness. POM WONDERFUL does have health benefits, only, as an addition to healthy eating habits. To launch a Class Action Suit is a frivolous waste of time and money to suck in those who do not use their brain to THINK FOR THEMSELVES!!!

Sorry but you are wrong. Pom has been selling their Pomegranite juice as 100% pure. Its a pure lie. The Pom juice sold in local markets is nothing buy juice made from concentrate with less 10%. I’ve had two strokes and started drinking pure 100 pomagranite juice. Its tart and bitter and the health benefits are well documented.. What POM sells is sweeten juice made from concentrate and mixed with grape juice and other fillers. They sell this crap for $10. The packaging is deceptive and the labeling in outright lies. After drinking pure pomegranate and then trying POM its a hugh difference. This company should not be in business.

Karma! (google because what I have to say is not as bad as the company is.) I have glasses with lids that pop on and off from when Pom/tea came that way. I loved not buying a healthy beverage in a re-usable GLASS, not plastic, glass. Then in 2008 they got greedy and started using plastic bottles which I am sure cost less to ship and there was less breakage, but oddly the amount was less and the price was more.
I actually phoned the company and complained. And have not bought Pom since. I have never stopped enjoying the juice/tea, but I object to their greed and more plastic. So now, I buy the fruit and juice it myself. I can mix it with cool tea and put it in the old glasses, put the lid on and put it in the fridge.
    Nice karma, Pom!
