A class action lawsuit has reportedly been filed against Ford Motor Company (“Ford Motor” or “Ford” or “Defendant”) in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (captioned Galo Coba and Coba Landscaping and Construction, Inc. v. Ford Motor Company) alleging, among other things, that certain Ford vehicles (2004-2007 Ford E-150; 2004-2007 Ford E-250; 2004-2007 Ford E-350; 2004-2007 Ford E-450; 1999-2008 Ford F-250 SD; 1999-2008 Ford F-350 SD; 2003, 2005-2008 Ford F-440 SD; 2005-2008 F-550 SD; 2004-2008 F-650 SD; or 2004-2008 F-750 SD) contain a defect that that cause the inner fuel tank lining to separate and flake off, clogging the fuel systems with tank lining debris and rust, allegedly resulting in sudden loss of power to the engine and other critical systems, bucking and kicking, sudden loss of power steering, and sudden stalling, according to the Ford fuel tank liner class action lawsuit complaint.

The Ford fuel tank liner class action lawsuit complaint reportedly asserts claims for, among other things, alleged breach of express warranty, violation of the New Jersey consumer fraud act, breach of implied warranty of merchantability, common law fraud, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing and unjust enrichment.

    I have a2006 f450. Fuel tank flaked off on inside, has no guts horrible gas mileage. Everything that could go wrong with it has. a horrible vehicle. Count me in
