We lost our house in New Jersey. After 2.5 years of promises to get a loan modification we ended up putting our house up for a short sale. We had offers, Chase would accept them. They were fair market offers. In January, 2012 we did a Deed in Lieu and gave our house back to Chase. The house is sitting empty 5 months later. I have also gotten 4 phone calls from Chase asking me if I want to do a loan modification. This is after the Deed in Lieu. I wish I had to money to hire a lawyer to pursue a suit on my own but just don’t have it. I’d love to get in on a class action suit. Anyone know of any?

      • VR May 7, 2012, 1:00 pm

Chase wouldn’t accept the short sale offers. Sorry, I get so mad when I think about this, I can’t type.

          AMEN VR!!!!!

      • Di May 7, 2012, 4:35 pm

        VR,

Your Story is identical to mine. I mean IDENTICAL. However, I am in the process of the deed in lieu, and I am being told that since my paperwork was given to the wrong department within Chase, there is not much they can do and that they wont be able to stop the foreclosure which will take place 05/10/2012. Is there anybody out that that can help? Something needs to be done. I have jumped over hurdles and nothing! I have done the HAFA program, Worked with a HUD Agency, than put my house up for a short sale, tried HAFA again, just to be denied and now a Deed In Lieu. When my house was on the market I lost over 8 offers on my home because Chase took their sweet time to process paperwork, so the buyers pulled their offers. I am being told that due to the new government regulations they have changed the process in which they handle paperwork. I SEE NO CHANGE!! Please if there is anybody out there that can help please let me know. I AM DESPARATE!!

I am a single female with three children. Two of which I sent to college. However, due to the experinces I encounter with Chase/WaMu they had to leave college and come home and take a parttime job to help out. My daughter finanally graduation (Thank God), but my experinces with Chase/WaMu is much like the rest of the comments I have read. I had to file for bankrupy, chapter 7 and chapter 13 and even with filing according to Chase/WaMu I still owe them approximately $22,000. I explain this suitation to my lawyer and I did not get any help in resolving such a easy problem. There were times when I was late paying my mortgage, but may arrangement with a representative and the next thing I know my house was in the paper for foreclosure… not once, not twice but three time. Someone other than Chase or my lawyer had to tell me that my home was posted in the newspaper. Once was during Christmas. I was not able to decorate my house or buy gift for my children. It was hard explaining to my kids that we may have to move. I suffer from Migrane headaches, and this sitation made things worst. I applied for Home Modification and was given excuses after excuses of the paperwork that I didn’t sent in eventhough I print all the forms from their website. I need a new lawyer and help. I understand the pain and furstration you all are going through. HOPEFULLY HELP IS ON THE WAY. STAY IN PRAYER.

All I can say is to work with your Attorney General’s Office. In Minnesota, Kim, a man assigned to my case, helped me. I was going through so much stress at the time, that I barely could function. Since Chase provides no line of communication whatsoever, he somehow established that and all correspondence was documented and copies sent to me. Chase however, was ruthless, and had Sheriff department put me out in freezing weather after promising they wouldn’t. I am a part of the class action, and waiting to find out when settlement comes due.

it should be made mandortory any person whom holds a mortgage loan with jpmorgan/chase and the action should take place immediately somewhere on these lines any addational monies that they added to a homeowners principal should automaticlly be removed decreasing there pricipal to where it was ,before there night mire began dealing with them.if your income is $50,000.00 of less u pay no more than 10-15%of your income not 331/3% the less you make the less u pay if you make 50,000.00 to 150pay 15-20% and dthere fore this would be a great boost back in the economy many people could affords homes this would even help the old and disable to have.even thosse that depends on the system could afford to have and then the section8 programas would not be needed as much.all that sees this message contact the attorney general in your state file the compliants anyone have connections .in the policital sector send them these e-mails everyones voiced got and need to be heard.these e-mails are ok but the step needs to go higher we are still being ignored and how many public officials would evrn see these.many needs to get together and go to the media makes this the news of the fraudlunt acts against the customers out here

This company is completely clueless!!!! We have been dealing with them since Katrina in 2005!!!! Our house is still sitting empty after mulitpule attempts to do a loan modification, short sale and deed in lieu….I have had probably 35 different account specialists and not one knows there ass from a hole in the ground! Seriously this has been the most absurd company to work with. I have even written to the president of the company with no response. I had one short sale offer and my account specialist was on vacation and no one else in the office could take the offer? Then 3 months later they send someone from Chase to go turn off electricity and put lock boxes on the door, while I have a real estate agent trying to sell the house??? I have thrown my hands in the air and told them to take the house!! Here it still sits today empty with calls from them still offering to do loan mod or deed in lieu, when they’ve told me I’m not eligible for these programs??? Complete idiots!!! I want this to end so we can get back on track with fixing our credit??? So frustrated!!! I’m sitting here reading these other stories just blown away with all the similarities!!!! What can we do???? Any suggestions????

    • me May 31, 2012, 1:13 pm

They have class action for this modification but is still happening. I received a letter that I don’t qualify for loan modification almost two years after applying and after short sale has been processed. Then, guess what the other letter states???? I also don’t qualify for short sale option after years of going back and forth with offers….hahahahah. Who runs this company? THEY BROKE IN WHILE I WAS STILL ACTIVELY PAYING BECAUSE A NEIGHBOR REPORT MY PLACE WAS ABANDONED? How screwed up can they be?

      • Cee June 5, 2012, 11:13 pm

Chase has come into my home on 3 separate occasions while were still living there. The most recent was today when my wife and twin babies were home this morning. My wife saw the guy when he went around the front of the house to leave and asked him who he was and what was he doing. He said Chase listed our home as vacant, but we have been actively working on a modification since Jan of this year. We moved from the home in August 2011, but after meeting with a rep face to face, they told us to move back in. Is it legal for them to come in our property like that?

Chase screwed us over so bad we ended up losing our house they told us it was in modification and everytime we called once a week they said there was no new news and then one day they called and told us they stopped modifications and there was nothing they could do our payments went from 630 amonth to 975 a month it was rediculous we live in Indiana how do we find out if we r in lawsuit with them>

  • Tim Snider February 10, 2012, 3:36 pm

Same story New Orleans. I was paying $3000 per month then when I sold the house a year later and asked for a payoff. I got a forclosure letter two days later and was told I had to call the attorney’s office to get the payoff. The attorney’s office gave the payoff and said if it wasn’t paid before Friday they would file forclosure papers. I was able to do that but all the interest and penalities were added and on my credit it shows I was 9 months behind.

  • Kristen Hogue February 15, 2012, 7:33 pm

We have been trying to refinance our Chase loan in Texas since Aug 2011 we have been denied twice for modification, they have even sent appraisers to our home to value the property for forclosure. The local Chase branch as well as our Chase Home Finance modification specialist advised us not to make payments while we were in modification. Now we are 7 mo behind with no more options through Chase. Could somebody PLEASE tell me how we can get on the class action suit or any other options would be greatly appreciated.

  • helen baxter February 16, 2012, 3:08 pm

To class action law suit against JP Morgan Chase:
Iwould love to join any class action suit against Chase. I bought my house in December 2007, I paid $720,000. I put Down $400,000. leaving me with a 350,000 mortgage. Right after that the market started to drop. In January 2008, I had my biggest customer drop us and 2.5 million in business, due to out site Vendors mistakes. this led to a lot of my money going goining out the window in order to cut deals with vendors. This caused my business to collapse.
Through this we paid all our bills on time. In late 2008-2009 I put my up for sale, I started a loan moderfication with Chase, I was told that with my payment record, I would not have a problem getting a moderfication. Well I had offers for 150,000 – 200000 more the i sold the house for. I could have sold the house for 2-300,000 more if they had told me after 60 – 90 days that they wouldn’t give me a modification due to my on time payment history. They caused me the lose of my house, the lose of my 400,000 and this was just before our having to both go on s.s. disability and $250,000. in medical bills.

    Thank You

My wife and I have lost everything because of Chase Mortgage, and their bogus loan modification. We would love to be in a class action suit but since the devastation there are no funds to hire an attorney. We have documentation proving how they set us up to take our home and all it’s equity.
Please notify us if anyone has any information, we are in the state of Alabama.

    • Elizabeth July 20, 2012, 12:20 pm

did you guys ever get a reply to this? We are also in Alabama and have lost our home because Chase wouldn’t do a home loan Modification… They foreclosed on the house after we told them to stick it up there rears and was told we had till the end of this year to get the house back if we wanted (which we don’t) then find out today that they sold the property in 2011…

      • Lisa Williams November 14, 2012, 1:09 pm

  • VICTORIA AND BYRON STRUNK April 3, 2012, 8:46 pm

We share a very similar story as the other folks and MUST be part of a class-action lawsuit. We qualified 100% for LMA, HAMP, and were forced to submit at least 20 applications. Never denied, never approved for over 3 yrs. We complied with all requirements, properly “jumped thru every hoop”. While “processing” the LMA’s, we were sent to foreclosure twice, and are being held responsible for all the additional expense. We have filed Chapter 13 to escape this nightmare and save our home, also requiring huge expenses. We have been literally begging to simply pay for our home, and Chase has forced us to be so absurdly behind on our mortgage ……. Our physical and emotional stress illnesses are now quite severe…… we live in Ohio. Please, please help us to sue the living **&%T&*#!*@$# out of Chase!!! we so very deserve compensation for 3 yrs of such an unnecessary nightmare.

  • Cherron Rodriguez April 5, 2012, 9:25 pm

I am in Texas. One year ago in February I entered into a repayment plan with Chase. For one year I paid $1,100.00 plus the amount of my original payment in order to get current. I made the final payment in February and was to resume my normal monthly payments in March. I went to the branch to make the payment and they would not accept it. They told me the account was on hold and to call the mortgage department. That was about 5 weeks ago. I kept getting different numbers and extensions to call (which I did). No one seemed to know what was the problem. Finally, 3 weeks ago I spoke with the Vice President of one of the departments. She told me not to worry, that she just needed to get a release from the attorney’s office in order for me to make my payments again. She also informed me that my loan had matured in May of 2011 and that’s what the “issue” was. She would say “let me make some calls and send out some emails and I will get back with you by the end of the day, or tomorrow.” This went on for over 2 weeks. Me calling her two or three times and week and getting the same story. Well today I called her AGAIN because she didn’t get back with me 8 days ago like she said she would. Surprise surprise I can not make any payments. My balance on my mortgage is 7,300.00 and they want it all. EXCUSE ME?!?!?!? Well I know that I have to get notification in the mail and then I believe I have 21 days to get the money to them. My husband and I are going to SAVE EVERY DIME over the next two paychecks and pawn everything we can get our hands on to clear this note. Hopefully we can do it. Wish us luck. I am totally supportive of any lawsuit, so please keep me in mind.

  • Keyta April 20, 2012, 9:31 am

I’m in Florida. I went through the Chase modification trial period, I paid $890.00 a month for 8 months. Chase said I would be approved for modification but when my trial period was up Chase said I needed to resubmit all my information, so I did still no modification. I became unemployed which made me ineligible for modification. I tried to sale the property, I had 5 qualified buyers but Chase keeps denying their offers. They have been sending me foreclosure warnings. I don’t believe Chase is complying with the goverment laws for preventing foreclosures and granting modifications. If anyone has any info for a class action lawsuit let me know and I will continue to research and do the same.

  • Bridget Baltazar April 27, 2012, 11:28 pm

I got a post card in the mail that stated that I could call the toll free number only if my cell phone was called to be part of this class action law suit. I called and the recording says to enter in your cell phone number so I do this and after a pause of a few seconds it says there was an error and to try again later. Ive done this like 30 times without any luck .Its all a scam

  • VR May 3, 2012, 11:38 pm

Loan mod app waiting for approval for 2.5 years. I faxed and submitted documents using up 100s of hours of my life I will never get back. Ending up loosing our house in NJ. Husband had a heart attack. I do blame Chase for part of that.

  • m ramirez May 8, 2012, 12:27 pm

From Michigan. Went through this for 3 years w/ Chase. Sent req’d documents to them insured, certified…w/ a signature showing rec’d. They say they never rec’d. Jumped through every hoop, verbatim following ALL Chase’s rules. NOTHING! NO HELP! House up sold in short sale, good offer. Chase held off for 6 months and buyer’s finally sick of waiting and backed out. Come to find out that Chase sold mortgage back to Fannie Mae 2 months after they said yes to short sale. Recorded with register of deeds in county. Chase wanted to go thru w/ the short sale on the day the buyers wanted out. How can you sell property if Chase already sold back to Fannie Mae. Unbelievable!Inspections, radon test and survey done and paid for. Ended up having to file for bankruptcy and our credit is ruined. Blood pressure goes thru roof when I type this! Told so many different stories when calling Chase. One lie after another. Much more to this story than I am writing. I could write a book on this debacle!

  • DI May 9, 2012, 9:36 am

ALRIGHT, I have just been denied the Deed in Lieu, because there is a foreclosure sale date and the deed in lieu needed to be filed prior to the sale date. Which, NOBODY from Chase bothered to tell me. They told me to file the paperwork because I followed the steps needed to get me to the deed in lieu process. Our stories are all the same, so we are not alone in this fight. I literally feel RAPED by CHASE. How do we start a class action law suit? There has to be a lawyer willing to help us, since we are all in the boat. Our stories are identical and Chase in practicing fraudulent manner. I am beyond PISSED and ready to fight! How do we get this started? By tomorrow my home/house will be forclosed upon!

  • Krista and David May 13, 2012, 9:22 pm

My family has lost our home also did the back and forth paper work with Chase and called and called them . My house went to sale and still after the sale no one bought my house chase bought it then sold it to Fannie Mae called them to get my home back no one could help me find out any information to get my home back. My questions are why is our government letting this happen. I should not have lost my home . I tried every day to save it and hired an attorney who by the way did nothing to help took my 2,000 and ran . So then had to put my dog down and come up with 1400 to rent an duplex. Its sucks because the house is still empty and my dog is dead because no one has a clue.

I purchased my home March 1998. I applied for a loan modification May 2010, to salvage a mortgage balance of 97k. My modification request was APPROVED. I made my 3 monthly payments on-time. Month #4 I went into Chase to make my payment The teller at Chase refused to take my payment I was told that Chase thought I declined the mortgage modification since I hadn’t called the financial center in three months I figured my monthly payments would give Chase a clue. I was instructed to reapply for a modification. I was also told in order to make a mortgage payment, I needed to go to Western Union and give the secret code “Sandiego California” to process a payment. WHAT??
With weekly attempts of faxing and re-faxing mynew Mortgage Modification application document to Chase Financial, and weekly calls, Chase claimed they never received my faxes, I didn’t sign in the correct spot. I didn’t include my telephone #, I wrote the incorrect date, I didn’t request the correct income tax years..ETC. I put up with this STRESS for over a year. I was fortunate enough to sell my house one month before Chase was scheduled to put my house up for auction. My house was on the market for more than a year. I put 14k down on $140k mortgage, and walked away with $1200. I realize a lot of people out there have mortgages out there that far exceed mine, but this is a huge loss and a hardship for me. Chase is the devil that stole my soul. I am more than ready to join the Class Action Lawsuit. I’d love to recoup my losses.

Well, Since we are all experiencing the same difficulties. I did get in touch with an attorney that is representing a Class Action Against Chase in California. He said he couldnt do much for me because I am an Illinois resident. He understands all of our frustrations. He gave me this website to reference: nationalmortgagesettlement.com. he Suggested that we to STATES at the top and contact our State Attorney General for possible assistance. Something has to be done to stop Chase from doing this to all of us!! Our stories are WAY TOO SIMILAR for us to be ignored. I hope the information I am providing helps all of you out there. What do we have to lose anymore??
    GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

  • Curtis May 16, 2012, 12:46 pm

A class action lawsuit for Ohio citizens would be wise or whole country to put it that way. I went through 3 before they got it right and they made mistakes that they openly admitted that cost me thousands in fees and also extensive stress which caused my whole families health to decline. Chase should be shut down entirely, I am telling you they have a million inconsistencies which they will admit in this whole process.

Chase has had me in loan modification since November of 2011 I have been shuffled around Chase until my head is spinning, finally last week (May 2012) they said all documents had been received and that my modification had escalated to the next level and I would hear something within 3 day, still have not heard anything, yet yesterday I received forclosure notice and sale date on my home, with no prior notice from Chase. I have tons of documentation regarding keeping in touch with Chase and providing the proper documentation to the company. They are nothing more than liars and theifs. I even offered to pay my mortgage up to date and they refused and said to hold off until I could hear on the modification. However I know of several people who have not paid one red cent on their mortgages and have no sale date no foreclosure paperwork and have not contacted chase the first time yet they have lived in their homes for over 2 years without one single payment being made. How is this company operating!

  • John P. Aldro June 4, 2012, 10:04 am

EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS! CHASE BANK THEIVES!

They are stealing my homes and business and other properties and no one seems to be able to help me get a consolidation loan or anything for 3 years now! They say they are loaning money but they are not. I’m told Chase put me in this situation and Chase is the only one to get me out and this isn’t fair. They will not help me out as I have already tried that route. There are no routes for people vitimized by Chase or any other bank. There are no loan programs for self-employed people like all these other banks claim. I have two Federal lawyers working on my behalf but this is expensive and exceedingly slow. I will lose everything by the time this comes to court by what Chase has falsely reported about my “modification.”

Chase should be dissolved and everyone lose their jobs. Their loan modification scam here in TN has resulted in ruining my credit, personal and business, and my having to lay off all of my employees!
I was scammed, literally, was told I qualified for a modification when all I wanted to do was refinance. They made it sound like a normal loan telling me I qualified when I indeed did NOT!!! I had never missed a house payment or had even ever been late!! They lied to me and proceeded to enforce he qualifications by refusing to accept payments!! For a YEAR!! They promised a maximum 2 month closing. Had they told me it would affect my credit I never would have gone with them. Trickery and deceit. I started with 780, now down to 578!!!! (highest score) No one in their right mind would do this willingly or knowingly.

This letter is urgent and it is imperative and needs to be acted upon immediately. Due to Chase Home Finance and their loan modification scam my credit has been ruined and I am now unable to obtain a loan. I had put $50,000 down as downpayment on a house for my mother thinking I could secure a loan. For over a year I have been having to pay to try to have Chase bank remove these false items from my report, but they continue to lie and refuse to rectify the situation. Now the homeowner has hired an attorney at my expense thinking that I am not trying to secure a loan when I have tried continuously for a year. Now I have only 30 days to secure a loan and under his conditions I will be losing a lot of money if I can’t secure a loan. Chase Bank is the cause, and now I am having the series of negative effects. I need a small business loan. I cannot obtain one. We are federally registered but we need a small business loan for advertising and due to Chase Bank’s negligence I am in danger of losing my business, my home, a home for my mother and taxes I need to pay for an apartment that I own out of the country.
I don’t think this is America when you have to give up everything you have worked so hard for and start selling it just to try to live because you can’t obtain a loan. I have assets I can use for collateral but even the hard lenders will not touch me because of what Chase has falsely put on my credit report. I had just 10 days to report to this lawyer regarding this home purchase loan. I am pleading with him in a letter to allow more time but unfortunately I will not be able to get more time.
I have written many letters to many different agencies with no assistance or any positive results because they all say to contact each other and no one knows how to handle this situation. The Comptroller of the Currently, Consumer Affairs departments, my Senators, Governor, President, and anyone who would listen but there is no one who even cares if this can be fixed.
Now you are the only one I know who has the power to help me up against a lying National Bank. I put all my faith into you when I first helped to elect you and I still have faith. I have been trying to make this as public as possible.
I only have one day left to obtain a loan and am still hoping and praying that something can be done before I lose everything, my business, my home, my mother’s house and my apartment in Brussels.
I hope you get this letter in time. You are my last ray of hope to save everything from financial devastation and loss of a business.

I am so sorry for what you have been going through. I pray that you receive a resolution. And you are right….They are thieves.

Chase has turned out to be a joke. My loan was originally with Bear Stearns who went belly up , and was bought out by EMC Mortgage which was a part of Chase. Under EMC I received a temporary loan modification for 39 months that put my house payment at just over $1000.00. The economy never got better so the last 12 months while my modification was in effect I started writing EMC/Chase asking that my modification be made permanent or reviewed because I foresaw trouble in the future if my loan went back to an adjustable rate. Each time I wrote I received a letter stating I would receive a reply to my issues within 90 days. I never received help or an offer or options. The last few months my modification was in effect Chase closed EMC and took over the mortgage totally. Again I started writing and was told to submit a ton of paperwork which was added to practically weekly. Months went by and my modification ended and Chase bounced my rate up to 8% which raised my payment to just over $1400.00. Let me add that my home originally appraised for 184k, and I now owe 155k. The market fallout has left the value of my home at about 79k. The neighborhoods declined greatly in addition to this and there is no way the property is ever going to regain any value of significance. After 3-4 months chase sent me a letter congratulating me on being approved for a modification. This modification lowered my payment 93 dollars from the 1400.00. Confused as to how Chase thought I could make a 1300 or 1400 payment if I was having trouble just making the 1000 payment completely baffles me. Per the instructions on this modification I notified Chase before the required deadline that this didn’t help me. Each and everytime I have sent a detailed letter describing my situation which seems to be a total waste of time. So a couple months go by and I get a letter saying I am in default, and another letter saying I do not qualify for any modification on my underwater loan. Now a different person calls practically daily, each with a different story or opinion. The last guy yesterday told me the reason I got the letter saying I wasn’t qualified for modification was that I didn’t accept the last modification and make the trial payments although I notified Chase as instructed that it didn’t work for me. He told me to go back online and submit forms and paperwork which are the same things I submitted before to be reconsidered for modification. I asked why couldn’t they use all the info I already provided and he said they had to have a new packet. Interesting thing to note is two Chase people before this guy updated my financial information over the phone with me and after doing so said I do qualify for modification because I have a monthly deficit. The next one told me to go online and do a deed in lieu….I just don’t understand for someone that doesn’t have a bad mark on their credit except now for Chase why they are not willing to salvage the mortgage with the home owner. It’s almost as if they want to foreclose. I totally do not understand , but rest assured I save copies of it all. I will probably lose this battle in the end, but it won’t be for lack of trying.

I am a single mother of two boys, have owned my home in Ohio for over 22 yrs now and in 2007, due to financial difficulties and much needed improvements on my 104 yr old home, took a loan against my home through Chase Bank. In 2008 I applied for a Modification and was accepted in May 2009. Since then it has been nothing but a huge problem. My new modification payments began in June 2009 and from then till Oct 2009 I was making my payments faithfully and on time. In Nov 2009 I get a letter from Chase stating that I owed them over $5,000.00 in interest. I immediately got on the phone with the customer service dept and for the next 6 months spent endless hours on the phone, being transfered from one dept to the next, put on hold for long periods of time, speaking with reps I could not understand, until finally I had enough and wrote a letter to Larry Thode V.P. of Chase Home Finance. I was contacted by his assistant, told the matter was investigated and that there was a huge mistake on Chase’s part and that she would get things corrected. According to her, Chase Finance was not applying my payments towards the interest only, but towards the principle instead. The $5,000.00 I owed was then deferred back into my principle making it that I owed more than what I originally took the loan out for. I had to fax copies of my modification paperwork to them because they could not find the originals, not once, but twice, and made it quite clear I wanted Chase to contact the credit bureau to make things right with them. Under the impression Chase’s mistake was corrected, and with payments going well, It never occured to me that it would happen again. That was until May 2012 when my interest rate increased and once again, Chase sent me a letter stating I owed over $2,400.00 in interest. Again, I get on the phone with customer service, but once the transfers from one dept to the next started and getting absolutely nowhere after the first call, I wrote another letter to Larry Thode. Again, one of his assistants called me, investigated the matter and found that once again, my interest was not deferred into my principle like it should have been, since Oct 2011. Again, I have to fax copies of my modification paperwork to this person because the originals that were scanned can not be read, nor does the paperwork I had faxed to the assistant back in 2009, show up in my record! This has got to be some kind of scam! If this kind of “mistake” keeps happening and they keep deferring interest onto my principle, I will never get this dam loan paid off! I try to put any xtra cash I have towards the principle, just to have it taken away by Chase’s mistakes and increasing the balance that I owe more! How is it a company as big as JP Morgan can be so unintelligent, inexperienced in handling situations like this with their customers?! The very people that make Chase huge in the first place?! The very hard working American Joe that is struggling daily to keep their homes from the foreclosure market?! Same way they made a 2 Billion Dollar mistake a month or so ago, and you can believe the customers of Chase will flip the bill for that one! There should be a law against big banks swallowing up the American consumer like this! I know deep down I am being scammed right along with my fellow Americans who put their trust in Chase and I demand something be done to Chase Home Finance to make somekind of restitution to those they screw over! OUR homes are at stake, NOT THEIRS!

  • FRANK SERGE June 15, 2012, 10:41 pm

I agree with Chase needing to have a Class Action Lawsuit. They have given me the run around for 4 years and now still asking for more of the same forms to be resent since they took so long they expired.

I think they are making a mockery of the Home Loan modification program and MR. OBAMA

WHO CARES ?? BIG BANKS and Chase is the largest ripoff company in the world.

Where is the fairness in a refi. They laugh at the little man.HOW about the TV shows, 60 minutes, 20/20,etc doing a cleanup of the CHASE SCAM

  • Karen June 22, 2012, 8:30 am

After reading this I now do not feel alone. I went through a divorce and tried to get a home modification. They told me i must be behind to get it. Like many here I too sent in paperwork just to be told I needed to send it again. By the time they finally approved the loan modification I was several months behind. I have three children. The loan modification was a joke. There was no way I could make the higher payments the loan mod ask for plus i have a second mortage so I do not know what the heck is going to happen. Right now I am trying to do the short sale. If there is a class action suit in Florida i would love to be a part of it. Any info would be helpful.

  • johnny July 8, 2012, 12:35 pm

i think if a lawyer will not represent us then one of should filed a law suit as a class and the court will appoint an attorney to represent sent one person cannot represent a class of people

  • johnny July 8, 2012, 12:48 pm

We all need an attorney to represent us a good attorney on our side not the banks. I am in Rockford, Illinois we could filed our class action suit against jp chase loan modification in Chicago. we can draw up our own documents and filed as a class, once we do this a federal judge will review it to see can it be filed as a class-action law suit, once he determine this then he will appoint us an attorney we will only pay filing fees and summons.

My loan mod with Chase bank was a nightmare from hell! I was advised to miss a payment to qualify for the mod, did exactly as I was told for 8 months, documented every conversation (date, who, what was said) with Chase through the entire process, was told my house was in foreclosure, that my credit score went from 780 to 600, in sarcasm, I told them I would fight to the end, and finally got my mod. Still not sure if my loan is even a fare mort. loan.

  • Darlene Long July 22, 2012, 11:15 am

We have tried 3 times to get our Chase mortgage modified since my husband lost his job in 2009. The first time we did get one with a payment higher than what our previous one had been…. (not a lot of help there) When I lost my job in 2011 we tried again and it was denied because we didn’t make enough money, they said to reapply when our income went up. A few months ago I got another job, finally and we reapplied only to be denied because we make too much money……. I was told our income would have to go down by 20% to be eligible… Now I am really confused………. So I have spent the last 3 years trying to make ends meet and keep our home. I have stacks of papers I have sent to Chase over and over again because they either claim they don’t have it or they can’t understand it. So their solution is to do a short sale and get rid of the house. So let me see if I understand this they will accept a lesser amount (say $170,000 on our $205,0000 mortgage) if I sell the house, but they won’t reduce our loan to $170,000 so we can afford the payments again. There is some kind of tricky finance going on here. Do they get more benefits losing money on a short sale than they would if they forgive that same amount on an existing mortgage????? I would love to be part of a class action suit against this bank, because it is just getting worse please let me know if anyone is part of a class action in Ohio.

Not too long ago I travelled nearly an hour from my to a Chase office in Stockbridge, GA office seeking further assistance with a Loan Modification request that was declined by Chase only to be told that the only option I had before foreclosure proceedings were to begin on my home was a down payment and repayment plan that I cannot afford. I brought updated income information along with other paperwork with me to your office that day for review but unfortunately my paperwork never left my hands and was not reviewed by an agent. The agent told me that foreclousre was the only option or either a short sale and they could not help in this matter. The agent agent suggested I contact their attorney to find out the next steps. The attorney advised me that I would have to come up with a huge lump sum payment along with attorney fees in order to avoid foreclosure. I have been going through this process since December 2011 when I lost my job and was unable to pay my mortgage. My request for assistance was declined due to no income about 2 months later. I obtained employment soon after and was told to refile paperwork by my “customer assistance specialist”, which I did. This time my request was denied again for not making enough money, but Chase declined to accept all of my household income information. Throughout the process I’ve made many phone calls that were not returned by the customer assistance specialist who was assigned to my loan and there were instances when other agents within the organization would not listen to my concerns or were condescending. I know of several other individuals in Georgia who are going through or have went through the same ordeal with Chase and some who I even lost there homes only to be sold for half of what they purchased it for. This is ludicris and sonething has to be done.

  • andrea August 6, 2012, 9:16 am

My husband died from brain cancer, I filed for a loan modification and a chapter 7. Chase promised me verbally that they would process the loan modification for 2%, but I had to be 3 months behind on my mortgage. I called them every day for month after month and over a year later they denied me. The stress ruined my health. I lost everything. They lied time and time again. I sent the paperwork in via USPS and fax and still they insisted they dont have it, it’s on someone elses desk, its on hold, it’s in process, then send it again, we cant find it. Shame on them.

  • Beverly August 9, 2012, 6:05 pm

Wow! Most everyone story is the same. I to applied for a modification loan, and to send in paper work after paper work, and finally I got a modification loan, which had increased $400.00 more than what I was paying. I had to except it or the foreclosure. I excepted it, but is still struggling to make payments. I applied a year later, and was told, that I may or may not be approved, due to my credit score; in other words, if I didn’t have a 650 or above, it’s a possiblity I wouldn’t be eligible. I haven’t tried back as of 08/09/2012, due to the fact, I do not have a 650 or above credit score. However, I will keep all of you in my prayers. I believe soon God will answer our prayers.

  • Shelly Vaughn August 13, 2012, 11:22 pm

I would love to be involved in a class action lawsuit against Chase. We live in Oklahoma an I can’t seem to find a lawyer who will take on this corporate giant, even though we have so many documents of Chase wrong doings. Our story…in 2010 my husband was laid off, we fell behind 3 pmts we called to see if Chase would put pmts toward end of our loan or work out something with us bc he was employed again, great job. We were told by Geoff to not make any pmts an apply for HAMP, we were approved, made our trial pmts, then denied, Geoff said our paperwork was lost he couldn’t send it again we would have to re apply next thing we know we are served foreclosure papers. We have been fighting an reapplying for modifications since 2010. What started out as three pmts behind is now two years bc chase bank keeps giving us the never ending paper trail an run around, they have lost numerous documents an switched customer service specialist 5 times an each one has no clue our history. No one in our Oklahoma government seems to care. I won’t stop this fight, this is our home Chase is unjustly taking

  • Kathy Shetter August 22, 2012, 8:46 pm

WOW Shelly your story is almost identical to mine, I started at the end of 2009 for a loan mod & was declined twice because they said I didn’t have enough income which makes no sense to me because I was probably making a little more in 2009 & 2010 then when Wamu approved & gave me the loan in like 2000, makes no sense, if I didn’t have enough income then why the hell did they finance my home to begin with, so since the beginning of 2010 I have been still in the process of trying to get the modification. Well at the end of 2010 I was behind 3 payments & was told by my specialist not to worry cause I was getting nervous about being forclosed on, well Dec 30/10 chase filed a foreclosure on me & nothing has happened since bacause I heard that they are being investigated for all this robo signing & sloppy paperwork & what ever with all the other crap they have done & all I do is submit, copy & live by a frigging fax which I ended up purchasing one because I retired at the end of 2011 so I lost my access to all good stuff, so here I am at 63 years old in Pennsylvania not knowing weather to start packing or fix up all the things that need done in my home, what a mess, the killer is I was never ever late on my mortgage because that was always priority until 3 little speedbumps in my life sent my life in a whirlwind & I thought thats what loan mods were for when things happened that turned into a financial burden, what a mess so if there is a class action suit somewhere please let me know, sorry I guess I really had to vent, & yes prayers for all of us !!

    • Brian September 18, 2012, 1:54 pm

Have you had any luck yet? we are in the same boat

  • Lori September 5, 2012, 12:08 pm

Oh my word, all these stories are identical to ours. I lost my job in 1/2010. We alerted Chase in 12/2009 that this would be happening and what could be do so that we wouldn’t get into trouble and lose our house. They suggested we fill out paperwork for the HAMP program which we did. Now if I didn’t have all this documented, no one would believe the nightmare that was about to begin. They told us to call weekly until we got a representative, which we did. Every week we spoke to someone different and we were told something different. After filling out all the paperwork, three months later we were told they misplaced some of the paperwork and we had to reapply. This went on for TWO YEARS. Now, it’s too late to get a modification (if they really do exist) but it took 2-1/2 years because they kept screwing around with our paperwork – so that’s our fault? Once, we were told to put our house up for short sale, which we did but nothing in our area is selling, so they tried a modification again, and of course, we were told it’s been too long so we don’t qualify so we need to short sale of deed in lieu of again. We are trying to talk to a lawyer to see if we have any other options. We dealt with HUD as well. My health is shot because of the anxiety this has caused. I have never seen such a messed up organization and how dare they, because of their mistakes, take my house away. I wish there was another option. It’s amazing how many people this has happened to.

  • Lori September 5, 2012, 12:09 pm

PS – Because of this now our credit is shot and we can’t even go to anyone else for help. I realize it wasn’t Chase’s fault I lost my job, but if the government allotted funds to help people in this situation, shouldn’t Chase be held accountable for NOT helping us?

  • ANGELO DI LUZIO September 7, 2012, 9:29 pm

CHASE WILL NOT ACCEPT MY PAYMENTS, AND NOW WE ARE IN COURT. HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS WHEN CHASE REFUSES TO TAKE THE PAYMENTS.

    • Veronica September 13, 2012, 11:10 pm

We applied for a loan mod in 4/2009 due to loss of income. We submitted 1000s of documents requested by Chase. A rep told us because we kept up our trial payments, we needed to stop making them to be considered for a loan mod. Husband then lost his job in 6/2011. We put the house on the market as a short sale through Chase as we still did not get a loan mod. Chase turned down two substantial offers. We signed a deed in lieu in Jan/2012. We are still getting notices that taxes are due, the town tells us the property is still in our name and that we have to cut the grass or pay $500.00. The attorney that processed our paperwork said that they have not been advised by Chase to record the deed getting the property out of our name. We are getting tax bills, water bills. We loved that house and did everything that Chase told us to do. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this solved. The town is annoyed because they now have to take care of the property. They can’t get hold of Chase either. The property address is 27 Pomona Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. The house has been sitting empty for a year. Please advise how to get this taken care of. It’s going on 9 months since the deed in lieu. Chase has called me three times offering us a loan modification. I told them that we don’t own the property. I have received notices that we must pay over 2,000 for homeowners insurance because I cancelled our policy. We just got the tax bill. It is now September and we just got the water bill. The town is shutting the water off at the curb and turning us over to collection.

And I filed a complaint with the Nj Banking commission & the Federal Consumer law department. We just want the deed recorded. We received a letter from Chase saying that it could take a year to record the deed and we are responsible for the taxes. Is there anyone that can help us please?

  • Anji November 30, 2012, 7:17 pm

Chase has turned down our Modification so many times. Why? They claim that we did not submit this document or that document.

I have always found this to be peculiar – considering that I always kept a hard copy, sent in the original and also faxed the paperwork. I have faxed transmission reports that ALWAYS indicated that the correct amount of documents went through.

Many months ago, my husband lost his job and my hours were dramatically reduced. Needless to say, we were unable to make our payments. Chase then informed us NOT to make a payment – that in order to “qualify”for a modification, we needed to be behind on our payments. We did as we were advised.

A very foolish move to trust our lender…

I have a crate full of documents – documents that have been submitted time and time again. Only for them to advise that they did not receive them.

I honestly feel that this is some sort of scam. I landed a good paying job nearly 8 months ago. Trust me, we could have been making payments. But, it was no use in making payments toward a defaulted loan with a bank that was threatening a foreclosure on every 1st Tuesday of each month! And these threats took place WHILE a modification was in the works – at the “underwriters”. We would receive certified foreclosure letters, call Chase – who would then inform us to “disregard” the letters because we were in the process of a modification. Then a letter of denial would arrive – claiming we failed to submit documents that WERE submitted. Utter craziness.

The representative we spoke to tonight called after SEVERAL unanswered calls had been placed to her. A week ago, we spoke with another rep who advised she had no “logged in” for nearly a week. He then basically told us to accept that we were being foreclosed on; that we no longer qualified after being a year behind. Um….Then, why all of the games and modification packets?

So, she finally called tonight and lied! Who knew! She claimed that Chase had made several attempts to contact us by phone. A bold faced lie. I asked, “Why would we NOT respond to a call when our goal is to SAVE our home? You are full of it!” She …did not have much to say. Oh, except for the fact that we were too late; that Chase needed at least 7 days prior to foreclosure to send out yet another modification packet.

So, here I sit – before my computer – in tears. I cry as I read other stories that mirror ours. I cry as I allow the reality to sit in that our home of nearly 6 years will be taken away. And why? She claimed their “investor” denied us because we did not meet their financial requirements. Allow me to elaborate once again – I have a job making over $40 K a year, I receive child support and my husband finally found a job! How did we not qualify?

Her tight lipped responses did not penetrate my blaring response – which was that THEY dropped the ball. One minute they advised us NOT to submit a hardship letter and we were denied….for NOT submitting the hardship letter. So many excuses.

And you know what…I bet they have a warm place to lay their heads at night. But, I pray that their conscience eats at them and keeps them awake.

I hope that there is a class-action lawsuit in the foreseeable suture. I cannot stand the thought of one more family going through this.It is inexcusable.

I am in the same boat as everyone else & would be very interested in joining a class action suit against Chase (we live in Texas). I have emailed President Obama & have filed a complaint with the CFPB (website above). Don’t know if this will help or not, but I figured it was worth a try. My last resort is I will be filing Chapter 13 in order to keep my house. Really didn’t want to have to do this, but I want to keep my house that my daughter and I occupy since the apartment communities around this area are very high if you want a decent neighborhood.

I am from Ny an dmuch like most other people I had a horrible problem with loan modification. I was told I was approved and fro 2 years I payed almost half of my original payment. I was lucky and sold my home before foreclose no shortsale we had enough equity in home. Two days before closeing chase sent me a letter of demand of over $38,000.00 said they decided we had not been approved for modification and wanted all monies for the differ between what we paid for two years and the original mortgage amount. We had to pay or we would have lost the sale. I heard ther have been many cases just like mine. Anyone in NY know who I an contact about this?? Thanks…

Please someone add me to the Chase Class Action lawsuit. I’m a senior 78 yrs old tried to modify from 2007 until 2012 sending papers over, and over and over, they use [never received papers] as an excuse to delay.
Finally I went to Naca they still sent me thru hoops. And eventually writing letters to Senators, organizations, the President ect. Was told
They would reduce my principal by x amount of dollars but they lied
And added that amount they were to deduct at the end on the loan. When
I questioned them thier reply was I’m sorry but the underwriters changed it. So now I need them to honor what Zachery originally told me before it
Was sent to the underwriters, again I will start a letter writing campaign
To anyone who will listen including NACA.

I too, like the rest of you, have been through the wringer with Chase, their lies, their “not receiving” my paperwork, denying loan mod, and ruining my credit. I had excellent credit when this all began, and paid my loan on time for 5 years. When unemployment hit, I tried the loan mod program that Chase was mandated to follow per the mortgage loan settlement & was sure they would help because, after all, they have enough homes in foreclosure & wouldn’t want another, right? WRONG!!!!! Chase could care less if I lose my home – they will not help me or anyone else. Only after I received a return phone call from President Obama’s office did I find out the reason – Chase doesn’t own my loan, they are only servicing it for Fannie Mae, so they could care less, they aren’t out the money, Fannie Mae is! Not once, ever, when Chase was leading me on under the guise of “helping” me did any Chase employee tell me my loan is a Fannie Mae loan. So, be sure you check that first……

As to any class action lawsuit, the only winners on those are the attorneys, who make millions, to have their staff type papers! In every class action lawsuit I!ve ever been a part of, the consumer received $25 or less and the attorneys received over $30 million. Chase has more recently settled a class action lawsuit for changing the terms on their promotional credit cards. Once again consumers, the ones who were wronged, will receive $25, and the attorneys will receive millions, and I’m sure some of that will be “kicked back” to Chase by the attorneys for agreeing to settle the lawsuit!

Your best bet for any relief is to check with your state’s Attorney General’s office to see what they can do… Most of the states currently have litigation against Chase pending & are happy to find out each new person with stories like ours to help them prove Chase is NOT complying with the court ordered mandate that they provide relief for homeowners.

I also had the same problems with Chase Mortgage and had to do a short sale of my home in 2011. I am still very upset with Chase and would like to join this lawsuit. If you can give me some information I would appreciate it. Thank you

  • Dee January 24, 2013, 2:16 pm

the attorney generals from each state .people need to start writing and calling them and leting them know how jp/morgan chase continues to fraud people they hold my loan but say they don’t refinance the type of home I have. my manufactured home sets on its own land I don’t care if its a barn if I live in it its my home all the attorney generals from each state call write letters who-ever in the whitehouse over these mortgage companies the stories needs to get out and move quickly these cooporations are always changing names when there hands are caught in the cookie jar.I to was rapped by chase and continues now for 4 years

  • Cheryl February 22, 2013, 10:05 pm

I live in Pa and I have a Chase loan, and did all the paper work for Mod, and they always wanted more information, but nothing. I still do not not know what my mortgage payment is, one month its one amount and the other its something different I have four different amounts, customer service is awful, no one knows what to do. Called USDA my is a rural loan, they have not received many if any modifications, I was told and also, told me they have lawsuits against them. If anyone can help us all let us know this is unfair and it has to be looked into.

  • Roger Lovely March 25, 2013, 2:29 pm

As of march 2013 Chase and other banks are having to make restitution to some home owners who were foreclosed on because of their business practices. How does this effect these home owners credit rating? Should the banks be able to destroy some ones credit because of the banks mistakes? I don’t think they should be able to report these foreclosure to credit reporting agencies since they in fact helped cause them. Will there be a lawsuit to restore these peoples credit so they can move on with their lives, or do they have to pay for banks mistakes? Looking for an answer…

would like to how to get in on class action lawsuit aganist jp morgan chase 2005 my wife lost her job and we fell behind and they said we couldn’t help you because your behind we got cot up ask for a loan mod and they said you’d have to be in the rears our second mortgage lender said they would help if chase would we did this for 9 month with chase in the process chase foreclosed on our house at the time chase advertise on tv they where helping home owner my house set 2 1/2 years empty people broke windows homeless camped in it and it sold for 1/2 the cost at action

  • Darlene Long May 1, 2013, 9:30 am

We have tried modify our loan with Chase 5 differant times and each time we were turned down because we either made too little money or our expenses were too high and one time we were even told we made too much money. They are always telling us that we need to adjust our income and/or expenses by 20%. That seems to be the magic number. But we have been able to do that and that doesn’t work either.
If anyone knows of a class action suit I would love to join. They have never offered to lower our principal, interest or anything else. I guess its ok for them to get a bailout but not us.

  • aloha09 May 2, 2013, 7:58 pm

why did our friends who had chase get a $3000 class action settle check in the mail this week while they weren’t even INVOLVED in this lawsuit, and we have not even been NOTIFIED that we are in it also…as we never got any notifications whatsoever !!!

  • Patricia Hernandez May 6, 2013, 9:43 am

I’m tired of complaing and no one listening—Who can I contact to join the class action lawsuit against chase?

    • Steve Ford May 9, 2013, 3:41 pm

Patricia, apparently there is no class action lawsuit that we can join. Most attorney’s I have spoken with all seem to fall into a catagory of “how much money do you have”, and secondly……..are you still working (so you can pay more). In short order here, the banks and lending institutions are literally drunk of their power over the population, and drunk from drinking from that teet of government and the continuing bailouts. Hipocracy, piousness, and greed is the order of the day with financial managers. The little guy………….I am afraid there is …”No Way Out”… for us. Bodes well for our future doesn’t it…………..(if anyone wants to write me, I am at steveford111@yahoo.com………..put in the subject line…”Class Action Lawsuit))

  • Steve Ford May 9, 2013, 3:33 pm

Wow……….what a mess. I have been in pure hell with Chase for over 3-1/2″ years. Same as all the other stories, so I will not bore anyone with a repeat. But being 68 years old now one can only take just so much, and not sure what to do or expect at this time. Here is what I do know………

One can read a bit of history that surrounds J.P Morgan, and his financial dealings back in the 1890’s, and possibly before, and what we’re seeing today isn’t that much different when he was at the “hay-day” of his power. J.P. Morgan is alive and well folks. That same devious spirit still permeates our society today. It’s not that much short of being straight from hell. Once in that financial web there seems no getting untangled from it. You try to fight it or go along with it and you just make matters for yourselves that much worse. I guess the thing that gets me so bad, is that when I talk with the “lower tier” of customer service people, I began to feel after awhile that they all were infused with that same “oh…..we’re here to help you” type thing, and unknowingly to me at the time, I had began to be tangled in their web. They are all sooooo drippy sweet at first, and then when they have you hooked on their so called benevolent programs, they lower the hammer on you and almost drive you insane. So……….now I am financially broken, my wife and I are getting a divorce and she is moving from Texas back to Alabama, and am not sure what will happen to either her or me for that matter. At 68, good paying jobs are all going to the young and degree’d youngsters out of college. If I am still alive in 6 months I might get back on with an update. Until then all I can do is keep on fighting somehow.

  • Debra May 24, 2013, 4:35 pm

Well, everybody I just experienced what you did with chase modification program. They are not there to help you same your home, they put you off while interest is still going up until it get to a point you can’t pay it and you loses the home. I want in the class action lawsuit, why can they law see through this? Let me know somebody.

  • Pat June 3, 2013, 12:41 pm

Chase modified my loan and took my payments up 400 dollars a month, which defeat the purpose of a modification. They should be dealt with. Too many people losing homes and thinking they are being helped only to find out in the they have been screwed.

  • cheryl dyer June 14, 2013, 4:27 pm

they did the same crap to me. I had to file chapter 13 to save home and work long hours we are now 3 years of paying into chapter 13. they said over and over again we didn’t qualify for modification, they said we didn’t submit paperwork, we made to much we made too little. etc etc. we switched jobs, resubmitted paperwork did all they asked and still they wouldn’t help us by extended our loan or lower rate. no help just threatened us with foreclosure even sent someout to take pics of our house. we are safe through bankruptcy but its killing us to work the hours at our ages, but we are holding on. we would have let the house go but we have 3 dogs and nobody went rent to us, the dogs mean everything to us so we had to save the house. good luck to all of you but if I can get in on this I would like nothing more. they are terrible and not willing to help us after 10 years of automatic payments, never late. we just fell into hard economic times and layoffs. god help us.

  • Diane Barginear June 18, 2013, 11:29 pm

My story is like so many people, I short sold my home after fighting through a chapter 13 for (5) years and paying Chase over $67,000 dollars and then they dwindled my $33,000 down which I had in equity. How do you do a chapter 13 for (5) years and come out having to modify on paying off all the creditors. However, for (4) more years and (3) modifications and threats and harassment I got tired and in September 2013, I short sold my home and they told me if I kept the home nice they would make sure I would some money to move with and you know this was another lie. Well, here I am after, being screwed out of my family home, no money, bad credit and financially in a stupor Rust Consulting giving me $500 and saying they are helping me get back on my feet. What an insult….what happened to justice, ethics and doing the right thing? I feel so violated and stressed…I thought I was doing the right thing for short selling my home opposed to being foreclosed. If I would have foreclosed at least I would have gotten a $1,452 dollar check to move into another house instead of with my daughter…how do these people sleep at night. I did not get a chance to talk about my predatory lenders getting away with another $3000 from another modification gone wrong. Watch out for 1st American Mitigators Law Center

Am looking for a Wisconsin lawyer to help in a lawsuit against Chase Home Mortgage. I have been fighting with them for over 2 years. Sent in several loan modifications and had them use stalling techniques. They have to be stopped. I have returned checks for payments from them. This bank has got to be stopped

  • Kenneth Gastineau July 29, 2013, 8:30 pm

Ken Would like to join a lawsuit against Chase bank, or could someone put me in touch with someone who could help me in finding a site.

  • Ken July 31, 2013, 7:28 pm

When in the hell is someone going to take some action on this matter. The banks get the bailout and the homeowners suffer, you have got to be kidding me, how sick this country has become.

  • Mary August 13, 2013, 6:16 pm

Today is august 13,2013 and they did the same thing to us .we applied for the modification loan and when we called they were like oh we rejected that app and it shows you can make your pmts so now were raising your pmts $100 more than you pay now effective September 1,2013 we are barely getting by that s why we did the loan .and they never called or sent a letter that they rejected our app or that the pmt went up . All our stories sound the same, but no help. How does this happen to people who work hard to own a home, have great credit then fall on hard times & get treated like the deadbeats we are not. I wish someone was making this easier to pursue. Chin up and prayers to us all.

  • Yolanda November 28, 2013, 11:11 pm

Our loan was fraudulent from the start, my mother died fighting with chase and I think she is still working on it from haven. We finally scraped up money to hire a lawyer, who kept requesting the original paperwork for our home, but they kept getting continuances, after the 3 one they announced that the property was sold to another bank?? Now we have to start over with this new bank?? How do we get on the class action for chases indiscretions. We are not leaving our home until we find out what happened to the original paperwork, we have our copies, we just want to see theirs. Which they either can’t produce or won’t produce.

    • Rose and KylePangburn December 29, 2013, 11:02 am

THAT BANK SUCKS, THEY ARE LIARS, AND SCREW PEOPLE OVER, WE WORK HARD, AND RAN INTO HARD TIMES, WE ALSO HAD TO FILE CHAPTER 13 TO STAVE THEM OFF, AND THEN THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD HELP US IF WE DISMISSED THE CHAPTER 13, WE DID NOW THEY ARE FORECLOSING SAYING THEY CAN NOT HELP US, WE ARE DEADBEATS! THATS DISCRIMINATION THERE. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR END

  • Rose and KylePangburn December 29, 2013, 11:00 am

WE GOT IN ON CLASS SUIT, AND GOT CRAP.. THEY PROMISED US A LOAN MODIFICATION, AND THREE OF THEIR TOP PEOPLE LIED TO US AFTER HAVING NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE CHAPTER 13, THEY TOLD US TO DISMISS IT, AFTER 3.5 YEARS AND WE DID SO, AND LOST OUR ASS WITH EVERY ONE WE HAD PAID INTO, NOW WE ARE STILL ARGUING THE FACT AFTER 3 YEARS OF BEING LIED TO, FORECLOSURE, I TOLD THEM TO TAKE THE EFFING PLACE. I AM LOOKING INTO THE US DISTRICT COURTS TO FILE A LAWSUIT OF DISCRIMINATION AND BEING LIED TO, ANY ONE ELSE IN?

JP Morgan Chase has illegally stolen my house.
My phone number is 414 226-2400.
They stole my house at $389, 000, with fair market value at $700,000.
I am about to be evicted. Chase has illegally evicted me and my house is gone.

I have a lot of evidence against Chase on how they illegally have stolen, purposely made impossible to keep my house, and against their “rules” , have taken my house away, like many houses like me, 19 years in my house and now it’s gone.

I asked for a loan mod, and they raised my interest to 7.75% for three years-all interest given to Chase bank with not anything given to the principal of mt house.

I need some help to be able to keep my house.
i want to sue Chase Bank and i have all the appropriate documents to move forward,

    Thank you,
    Doug Lane
